This proposal for signage and wayfinding for Gotham Park, which won the award for Best Logo was centered on the intersections of both the Brooklyn Bridge and the diverse community groups that use the park. The logo, crafted with a humanist touch, represents these overlapping connections through a handmade interpretation of the bridge, emphasizing a sense of community and place. Additionally, the Graphic design suggested the use of a diffused lighting installation for one of the main entrances to the park from the Brooklyn Bridge, enhancing the visitor experience by creating a INterplay of natural light through sunlight harnessing apertures.
