This ongoing project involves the gut renovation of a 1,160-square-foot office and its integration into the existing headquarters. The redesign expands Novità’s New York workspace with six new desks, a larger 20-person conference room, small breakout rooms, and a flexible “flux” space for visiting employees, events, and small exhibitions. A central design challenge was accommodating a wide range of functions within a compact footprint while ensuring connectivity to natural light. The proposal creates a balance between collaborative and private zones, enhancing both team productivity and individual focus.
